Our cottage can also be fully booked and used in its entirety for 12 / 14 guests ( respectively 200 / 290 mq ). Our three apartments are fully at your disposal. Among the three, the “uva” and “girasole” apartments are connected through a door.
Equipments are complete: free wi fi, full kitchen appliances and kitchenware, barbecue set, cd/dvd player, hairdryer in every bathroom, satellite tv, independent heating ( to be asked separately, not included in the price ), linen, free access laundry room.Chianti’s beautiful and quiet landscape, the fully furnished outdoor space, a wonderful swimming pool nestled in the garden and the proximity ( 5 minutes driving, 10/15 minutes walking ) to the historical village of Radda in Chianti with its typical stores, market, restaurants and services, will be able to provide the unforgettable experience of tuscan lifestyle, a fully safe, comfortable , carefree holiday for you and your loved ones.

Picture yourself immersed in this quiet country scenery, the perfect silence to rest or enjoy a good book, sipping a glass of your favourite wine sitting comfortably at the poolside. Your kids will have all the space they need for their games in a perfectly safe area. You will share with your friends a unique holiday in harmony with nature. Among ancillary services we point the possibility of a babysitting service ( for a fee ) and a housekeeping service available at € 15 per hour.
Please note that a welcome package is available on request at the price of € 25, consisting in a loaf of sliced bread, a box of tea bags, bin bags, 6 eggs, 2 bottles of still water, 4 rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing soap and sponge, a 500 gr package of pasta, a jar of tomato sauce (tomato & basil), 1l orange juice.
In case you like tennis, there is a tennis club in Radda in Chianti where you can practice your favourite sport renting a court for €5 per hour during daylight, €10 in the evening, if electric lighting is required.
